Voice over IP can be a complex topic. Therefore, we have established two paths for support.
- We offer direct support to our certified Value Added Resellers and Distributors, who in turn provide support to their customers.
pbxnsip certified resellers are experts in the networking and traditional telephone fields.
In the event you cannot get an issue resolved through your certified reseller or distributor,
or there is software feature or bug issue, you can submit your request to support@pbxnsip.com and we will respond within 48 hours with a resolution or an issuance of a trouble ticket.
We also offer Professional Services and you may email us for rates and availability.
- We run a public forum, where you can search for questions (and answers) that are similar to your question. In many cases, this will help to solve your problem.
If you cannot find an answer, you are welcome to post your question there. And of course if you see a question that has not been answered or not been answered correctly,
you are welcome to comment. Please also check the online documentation in our Wiki, which contains reference information and also some frequently asked questions (FAQ).
